I saw Ms William's to get the result of a breast biopsies.she had to tell me it was positive and that I would need surgery. This was early in the Covid lock down so it was not certain that treatment could begin without delay. Ms William's was totally empathetic and reassuring. She outlined all the possible ways forward and reassured me that I would not be left without any treatment. She was patient and precise in answering my questions and very positive in her attitude - in spite of the circumstances, at no time did I feel rushed. I felt that it was a very positive meeting and I left with a clear understanding of my condition and a good idea of the possible ways forward, for which i was very grateful In fact, treatment went ahead and I had successful lumpectomy two weeks later and am making a very good recovery.

Dr Williams is an amazing surgeon and am so pleased with the results of the op. I was carefully and sensitively led through the whole process and felt safe in her capable hands. Dr Williams was careful not to overwhelm me with facts and protected my emotional well-being as well as my physical needs. I commend this Doctor and would like to thank her for her amazing work.

My experience with Ms Williams care and attention to detail and concern for my mental health and physical outcome from the op was exceptional from start to finish. I would like to thank Miss Williams for her professional and her caring approach to my breast cancer, which I have been recently treated for. The operation went very well and the wounds healed so well that various radiographers at RUH commented on how good it looked. Many thanks to miss Williams and her team.
